The client wanted its premises to be welcoming open and transparent in perception, reflecting the company‘s philosophy and highly efficient working space responding to the daily needs of the employees.

The project is located in Düsseldorf‘s ex-industrial harbour today better known as Media-Harbour in a former grain warehouse. It includes two showrooms, a meeting point, 14 work stations and an entrance desk, as well as kitchen, shower and server room.

This project was carefully designed with respect to environmental aspects, using natural materials, like wood and glass. Compound materials were avoided and every item is recycleable. The executing companies were chosen locally, thus avoiding long travelling distances, reducing the CO2 footprint.

Lighting and electricity was designed with low voltage lamps and fitted out with intelligent switch scenarios, to improve energy savings.
