The building permit is here!
Last week we received the building permit for our project at Goldsteinstraße in Frankfurt.
Designed as a dormitory in the 1970s, the building, with its typically reduced façade structure, is being energetically refurbished into a modern residential complex. The construction work in Frankfurt Niederrad will start at the beginning of the year 2019.
