The new building project is located in Aachen’s Frankenberger district. On the tapered property between Beverstraße and Turpinstraße, apartments as well as a small commercial unit on the ground floor will be built on an area of approx. 1,100m². The cubage and roof shapes of the residential building will adapt the neighboring buildings. The slightly higher part of the building is oriented to the height of the opposite residential buildings. The shape of the building takes up the existing street lines stylistically and blends perfectly into the urban space. The timeless clinker brick façade is playfully broken open through the arrangement of the windows. All apartments are getting lit from two sides or are facing south. The bicycle parking spaces are on the ground floor and can be easily reached from the street. The car parking spaces are accessibly by a car lift. The parking area is to be completed by a modern car sharing concept in order to provide residents with exclusive rental cars.
