Info
The property is characterized by its urban location and the surrounding urban space. In particular, the emissions of Karl-Marx-Straße and Bahnstraße should be eliminated. At the same time, a public space for citizens should be created to generate a quality of stay and provide the building with a representative environment. The architecture of the town hall is transparent, bright, light and close to the citizens. The whole building is accessible. The extraordinary low energy demand of the building easily fulfills the requirements of the EnEV 2012 and the EEWärmeG and results in an outstanding „Carbon Footprint“ of only 26 kg CO2/m²a.
