Info
On Heinrichstraße in Düsseldorf, a vacant, former five-storied office building from the year 1965 is getting converted into a modern residential complex with micro apartments. The property is connected to the urban infrastructure and has a size of approx. 3,800 m². A total of 181 residential units with balconies will be built there, 34 of them barrier-free. The residential units with a functional room concept are fully furnished and located close to the Hochschule Düsseldorf and the city centre. The micro apartments are specially customized to the needs of students, young professionals and weekend commuters.
