Our values are the three “e’s” in greeen! architects: ethical, ecological, and efficient. They define our areas of responsibility and guide our actions. As internal ESG criteria, they are integrated into our corporate governance and forward-looking projects—for people, the environment, and our future.

E – Environmental
As architects, we are conscious of our responsibility to the environment. Our modern office, located in an existing building with an urban character, is centrally situated in Düsseldorf-Pempelfort. In the spirit of environmentally friendly mobility, the majority of our team cycles to work. We also provide an electric vehicle charging station with green electricity in our courtyard and offer employees a discounted public transport job ticket.

S – Social
People are at the center of all our efforts. The well-being of our employees is important to us. We offer our architects family-friendly and flexible working hours, as well as support for personal and professional development through internal and external training. In-house workshops and an internal sustainability group serve as a source of inspiration for our thinking and working practices.
