We are very proud of our timber construction campus, which is growing step by step and demonstrates that the real estate industry can actively shape an ecological future.

Key features that contributed to the Klima Quartier NRW certification by NRW.Energy4Climate include:
• Building standard: Efficiency House 40 (KfN)
• Central heating and domestic hot water supply via air-to-water heat pumps
• Photovoltaic systems on the roofs with a total output of 350 kWp
• Emissions from heat supply for heating and hot water: 4.67 kg/m²a
• Short construction time and high quality through modular construction
