Info
The Green Office Campus is the result of a project study and explores the idea of developing a sustainable office building in a city center location at Kennedydamm in Düsseldorf. Kennedydamm is the location of several office buildings and connects the city center with its northern districts. The task was to develop a project that would create a new impulse for the further development of Kennedydamm as a long-term attractive location for office properties. Special emphasis was placed on creating publicly accessible areas in the form of walkable roof gardens as part of the new urban space.
