Urban laboratory, that also means considering how we can build more simply and robustly, what advantages timber construction has. Can't wood, a healthy and climate-friendly building material, eliminate the need for costly building services? Also to counter the increases in construction costs that have been taking place for years? What does modular timber construction have to offer? Which TGA (technical building equipment) could be specifically omitted and what effects can this have, also economically?
Will living in wooden buildings have a high demand or will these remain lighthouse projects?
The KOALITION für HOLZBAU is an initiative dedicated to the broadly effective construction with wood and will accompany the workshop in terms of content.
