Plan and realize urban development projects on a large scale together with us and learn more about holistic thinking and concepts! Join our diverse, motivated and international team in Düsseldorf as a project architect with a large focus on urban design starting immediately.

Your tasks:

• Development of urban planning concepts
• Accompaniment of B-Plan procedures
• Design, detail and implementation planning in the service phases 1-5
• Independent processing of challenging planning and thematic areas of our building construction projects within a team

Your profile:

• Completed architectural studies
• Experience in the processing of design concepts
• Experience in the field of urban planning
• Very good knowledge of current standards and regulations
• Professional handling of CAD (ArchiCAD), preferably with previous BIM knowledge
• Confident appearance and communicative competence in dealing with public and private clients
• Structured, reliable and responsible way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of common presentation and word processing programs
